All songs copyright Jeff Robertson and/or other musicians involved in their
creation as noted in the README file. The songs may be distributed anywhere,
by anyone, in any manner, with or without the accompanying HTML files, as
long as no one tries to claim authorship, ownership, or any involvement with
the songs other than that documented in the README.

As many of these songs are demo quality at best, rights to perform and record
new (and hopefully improved) versions is granted to any musician or group of
musicians who wishes to undertake such an effort. This applies to all songs
except those few which were not wholly written by Jeff Robertson, as
described in the README.

In order to facilitate performance, text files containing chord progressions
and in some cases tablature have been provided for many (but not all) of the
songs. This does not imply that only the songs for which this service has
been provided are available for performance and recording.

Any profits resulting the sale of recordings of these songs, either the
original versions or any newly recorded version, must be donated to the
Mallet Assembly (www.mallet-assembly.org).
